The Site
Riverside Terrace occupies a 2.4-acre parcel with 400 feet of Potomac frontage. The site had been underutilized for decades; our acquisition and entitlements process secured approval for 24 single-family lots with river access.
The Plan
Working with Smith & Associates, we developed a modern interpretation of the Alexandria vernacular—brick and stone with clean lines. Each home includes a private courtyard and optional rooftop terrace.
The Build
Construction began in Q2 2022. All 24 homes were delivered by Q4 2024, with final landscaping and amenity completion in early 2025.
Outcome
Riverside Terrace sold out within six months of delivery. The project received the Northern Virginia Builders Association Award for Best Single-Family Community.
