Framing progress — Phase 1
The Site
Oakwood Commons sits on a 3.2-acre infill parcel at the intersection of Route 50 and a future Metro extension corridor. The site was previously a light industrial use; rezoning to mixed-use was completed in 2023.
The Plan
The master plan calls for 48 three-story townhomes with ground-floor retail along the main corridor. Parking is structured below grade to maximize walkability.
The Build
Construction is underway. Phase 1 (24 units + retail shell) is on track for Q2 2026 delivery. Phase 2 will follow in Q4 2026.
Outcome
Pre-sales for Phase 1 opened in Q1 2025. Interest has been strong among both end-users and investors.
